Booking and enquiry details: pick-up and drop-off locations, dates, times, flight or ship numbers, passenger and luggage numbers, and any notes you give us.
Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
Device and cookie data: basic technical information such as browser type and, only if you agree, analytics data about how the website is used.
How and why we use it
We use your booking and contact details to respond to your request, provide your journey and communicate with you about it. The lawful basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into one.
We keep records for accounting and legal obligations (legal obligation), and to improve our service and keep the website secure (legitimate interests). Analytics cookies are used only with your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for up to six years to meet tax and legal requirements. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights and how to exercise them
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email bookings@linqworldwide.co.uk.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and restricted access to booking records.
International transfers
